• Greater Cleveland Private HS COY award (2002) leading Hawken School to a state championship

• 2-time Chagrin Valley Conference COY in 2000 & 2001

• In 2005, he guided his team to the Super Y League National Championship

• Spent 5 years as Director of Coaching for the Cleveland Whitecaps
